BLINN TO HOLD COMMENCEMENT, WEDNESDAY IN BRYAN
Blinn College will honor 465 graduates, Wednesday night, during the 140th commencement ceremony at the Bryan Performing Arts Center.
Blinn’s graduation total includes 151 reverse transfer graduates—students who completed Blinn’s residency requirements before transferring to a four-year university to apply credits they earned at the university to their associate degree.
The commencement ceremony will feature two student speakers – Associate Degree Nursing student Ashlee Carter representing the Bryan Campus and English student Lydia Hill representing the Brenham Campus.
Registration for Blinn’s online Winter Minimester courses, which run Dec. 14-21 and Jan. 3-10, is open through this Thursday. Registration for the Spring Semester is available through, January 13th. Blinn officials encourage early registration for scheduling and placement in high-demand courses.
