AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY INDICTS EIGHT
The Austin County Grand Jury met last week and returned eight indictments.
Austin County District Clerk Sue Murphy released the following names:
Robert Marin Montiel, 26, charged with Assault of a Family or Household Member with Previous Conviction, offense occurring February 24th.
Katherine Blevins Semora, 43, for Theft of Property less than $2,500 with Two or More Previous Convictions, and Theft of Property between $2,500 and $30,000, offenses occurring March 22nd.
Joel Muniz, 32, charged for Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse to the Elderly, from March 11th.
James William Barnett, 37, for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Duty to Register, occurring February 22nd.
Micheal Joseph Garza, 28, Ivan Nino Jr., 29, Jerry Lonnele Blackshire, 29, and Gene Thomas Mixen, 62, all charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
