WASHINGTON CO. COMMERCIAL PROPERTY OWNERS INVITED TO PACE INFORMATION SESSION THURSDAY

  

Commercial property owners in Washington County are invited tomorrow (Thursday) to a free session to learn more about Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing.

The program, which will help property owners understand the PACE program established earlier this month by Washington County Commissioners, will be held tomorrow from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Nancy Carol Roberts Memorial Library in Brenham.  The program is being presented by Brenham Economic Development and the Texas PACE Authority.

The PACE program allows property owners to lower their operating costs and use the savings for eligible water conservation, energy efficiency, resiliency, and distributed generation projects.  Brenham Economic Development Director Susan Cates says PACE financing will be “a valuable economic development tool for commercial property owners in Washington County”.
