Andy Hefferly, partner with Moorman Tate, LLP, has been recognized by Super Lawyers in their 2020 Texas “Rising Stars” list in the field of Estate Planning and Probate.
Each year, the Super Lawyers list recognizes no more than five percent of attorneys from each state. Furthermore, only 2.5 percent of all lawyers are named on the Rising Stars list.
Attorneys are nominated by peers within their practicing state and are selected based on a patented multiphase process, which includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates, and peer reviews by practice area. The full listing of Texas Rising Stars will appear in a forthcoming issue of Texas Monthly magazine.
Hefferly has been practicing law with the firm for over seven years, becoming a partner with the firm last year. He focuses his practice on the areas of estate planning and probate, real estate, business law, and civil litigation.
Outside of his law practice, Hefferly serves as the Treasurer of the Washington County Chamber of Commerce, as a coach for Little League and Little Dribblers, and on various boards and ministries at his church.
