LOCAL POLICE ARREST WOMAN ON THEFT CHARGE
A Brenham woman faces a theft charge after her arrest, Wednesday afternoon.
Just before 2:00 p.m., 44-year old Tanisha Johnson of Brenham was arrested after police were called to the local WalMart off Highway 290 and 36 South.
Johnson was taken into custody for Theft of Property-Less than $2500 with two or more Previous Convictions.
She was taken to the Washington County Jail.
