OVER 7,700 BALLOTS CAST THROUGH EIGHT DAYS OF EARLY VOTING
A steady stream of voters continues to file in daily to the Washington County Courthouse Annex for the November election.
County Clerk Beth Rothermel said Tuesday saw 891 voters cast ballots, bringing the eight-day total of in-person early voters to 7,766.
Friday is the deadline to request a ballot by mail. Applications must be mailed in to the county clerk’s office.
Rothermel reminded voters that there is reserved parking in front of the courthouse annex, including a reserved space for curbside voting if a voter is unable to come into the annex building.
Extended voting hours continue this week from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. through Friday. The courthouse annex will also be open for voting Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sunday from 12 to 3 p.m.
Early voting concludes on October 30th, with Election Day set for November 3rd.
