EARLY VOTING TOPS 9,100; FRIDAY LAST DAY OF EXTENDED VOTING
Early voting maintains a steady pace as the second week of early voting for November’s general election comes to a close.
Washington County Clerk Beth Rothermel said there were 633 in-person voters on Thursday, bringing the total of early voters thus far to 9,137.
Today (Friday) is the last day of extended voting hours at the Washington County Courthouse Annex, with hours running from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. This is also the last weekend that the courthouse annex will be open for early voting, with hours of 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. tomorrow (Saturday) and 12 to 3 p.m. on Sunday.
Early voting concludes next Friday, October 30th, while Election Day is set for November 3rd.
