“BLUE BELL LICKER” SENTENCED TO 180 DAYS IN JAIL

A Beaumont judge has revoked the probation of the infamous copycat “Blue Bell Licker”. D'Adrian Anderson, 26 was originally sentenced in March of 2020 to 30 days in jail and 180 days probation. He had posted a cell phone video of himself removing the lid from a half gallon of Blue Bell ice-cream, licking the contents, and placing it back in the freezer at the Port Arthur Walmart. Anderson claimed he had purchased the ice-cream after licking it and produced a receipt saying so, but the store had removed all of the ice-cream from the section, costing a considerable amount of money.
Beaumont Judge Terrence Holmes had Anderson’s probation revoked and sentenced him to 180 days in jail after he was arrested in January on a trespassing charge. Anderson was also reportedly not showing up for his probation meetings and not paying his probation fees.
