WASHINGTON CO. COMMISSIONERS TO HOLD PUBLIC HEARINGS
A trio of public hearings will be held during Washington County Commissioners’ next meeting on Tuesday.
The first public hearing concerns a proposed partial subdivision cancellation of the Chappell Hill West subdivision in Precinct 2, which would cancel lots 5 and 6 and return them to acreage.
The court will then hold public hearings about the creation of three-way, all-way stops at the intersection of Mustang Road and Old Chappell Hill Road in Precinct 2 and the intersection of Hidalgo Falls Road and Mt. Falls School Road in Precinct 1.
Commissioners will take action on each item after the public hearings.
Also at Tuesday’s meeting, commissioners will:
- Consider an Estoppel certificate and agreement between the county and Concho Valley Solar, LLC. The item is related to the supplemental easements and right-of-way execution taken up by the court on January 18th, regarding Washington County school land in Tom Green County.
- Potentially accept a donation from Magnolia Oil & Gas Company to the Precinct 4 Constable’s Office.
- Present service awards for county employees with five years of service.
- Receive the county clerk’s monthly and annual reports.
Commissioners will meet Tuesday at 9 a.m. at the Washington County Courthouse.
