CUBETTE GOLF WINS BRENHAM INVITATIONAL

The Brenham Cubette Golf Team took care of business on their home turf as they won today's (Wednesday's) Brenham Invitational out at the Brenham Country Club.

The tournament field was made up of 11 teams and 129 golfers.

The Cubettes entered two teams in the tournament. Brenham Team I won first place in the tournament with an overall team score of 363. They finished two strokes ahead of second place Seven Lakes.

Individually, for Brenham Team I, Addie Bogan was the top golfer of the day for the Cubettes as she finished 4th overall with a score of 87. Bianca Garcia and Sofi Workman each shot a 91 to finish tied for 9th overall. Rounding out the scores were Addison Schramme with a 94 and Maddi Rogers with a 102.

Meanwhile, Brenham Team II finished sixth overall.

Individually, for Brenham Team II, Lindsey Anderson was the leading golfer with a 98. Kaylin Bogan shot a 99, Cody Clark had a 100, and Anisa Talmore had a 113.
