Blue Bell is now bringing back two retired ice cream flavors as part of “The Great Scoop Revival Flavor Tournament”.

On Monday, Groom’s Cake was declared the winner out of the 16 flavors in the tournament bracket.  The flavor will come back to store shelves in 2025.

Blue Bell announced on Wednesday that the flavor Groom’s Cake squared off against in the final round, Cookie Cake, is also returning to the lineup next year. 

Groom’s Cake is a chocolate ice cream with chocolate cake pieces and chocolate-coated strawberry hearts, surrounded by swirls of strawberry sauce and chocolate icing.

Cookie Cake is a sweet cream ice cream with chocolate chip cookie cake pieces and swirls of chocolate and vanilla icing. 

Results were based on votes collected from Blue Bell’s website and social media pages.

The full list of flavors in Blue Bell's "The Great Scoop Revival Flavor Tournament", as well as the winner of each round leading up to the final. Groom's Cake was the winner by popular vote.
