CUBETTES DROP DISTRICT OPENER TO COLLEGE STATION 3-1

The district opener did not go the way the Brenham Cubette Volleyball Team wanted to as they fell to the College Station Lady Cougars in their district opener 3-1.

College Station won the first set 25-18, Brenham won the second set 25-17, but then the Lady Cougars won the next two sets 25-13 and 25-21.

Due to playing in a seven-team district this season, the Cubettes were scheduled for a bye on Tuesday, but decided to stay busy by hosting a non-district match against George Ranch beginning at 6pm at the Brenham High School Gym.
