JUNIOR LIVESTOCK AUCTION FRIDAY AT WASHINGTON CO. FAIR

  

Hundreds of livestock exhibitors are ready for today’s (Friday) junior livestock auction at the 156th Washington County Fair.

Two hundred and sixty lots will be showcased in Barn #1 at the Washington County Expo, beginning at 1 p.m.  KWHI will have a live broadcast starting around 12:45 p.m. on AM 1280, FM 101.7 and kwhi.com.

Also happening today is the commercial halter heifer show at 8 a.m., in addition to this evening’s carnival, mutton bustin’ and rodeo.

Today is Honor Our Veteran’s Day, offering half-price daytime admission at the gate for veterans with proper ID.

Tanner Usrey will open at 8:30 p.m. for Pecos & The Rooftops at 10:30 p.m.

KWHI will have live reports from the fair from 10 a.m. to noon, followed by the broadcast of the auction after the noon newscast.
