BURTON CROSS COUNTRY MEDALS AT DISTRICT MEET IN CALDWELL

The Burton Panther and Lady Panther Cross Country Teams took part in the District Meet yesterday (Thursday) at Davidson Park in Caldwell.

The Lady Panthers placed second overall at the meet, and will now advance to the Regional Cross Country Meet in Corpus Christi on October 21.

Individually, Peyton Sigsbee was second overall, while Reagan Roemer was fourth overall, and Avery Applewhite was 10th overall. They each earned medals for their efforts.

On the boys' side, Devlin Douglas was the Individual District Champion, and he will also be going to the Regional Meet in Corpus Christi.
