Jordan Kapchinski has been serving as an assistant principal at Schultz Junior High School in Waller ISD for the past year, but was previously in Brenham ISD for eight years as a teacher at Alton Elementary School.

Kapchinski fills the vacancy created by the retirement of Toni Ortega at the end of the school year.

Kapchinski has a Master’s in Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington and has earned her Principal as Instructional Leader certification.

Upon her introduction as the new assistant principal, Kapchinski thanked the board for the opportunity, saying she is excited to be back in Brenham and to be able to continue pouring back into the community.
