The first item comes from Heather and Arlen Thielemann, who are seeking to remodel the building at 215 West Commerce Street from one office space into three separate lease spaces, including a personal office use and two separate medical office uses.  The renovation to the exterior of the building will include a new stucco façade, new entrances and windows, new exterior lighting, new metal canopies over the entrances, and a mansard system with a crown cap.

Next, the board will hear a request from Jared Anderson, who wishes to perform a storefront restoration at the 1844 Liquor Market at 210 South Park Street.  The work would replace the transom windows, storefront windows and front and side door on the South Park Street façade; replace the awning; and install pedestrian lighting along the storefront.

City staff recommends approval of both applications.

The board will meet Tuesday at 4 p.m. at Brenham City Hall.
