FAITH MISSION KICKING OFF THE 2025 HOLIDAY BELL RINGING SEASON

  

Faith Mission kicked off the 2025 Holiday Bell Ringing Season on the steps of Brenham National Bank earlier this (Friday) morning.

Faith Mission is once again partnering with the Salvation Army to help staff the local Red Kettle stations, and they are currently looking for volunteers.

Every dollar that is dropped into a Red Kettle in Washington County, stays in Washington County.

The money collected goes to support local food pantries, rent and utility assistance, senior citizen and veteran programs, and families in need during the holiday season.

Volunteers can sign up for a shift at either Hobby Lobby or Walmart through the links on their website at www.faithmission.us.

They can also sign up for a time and location through the national Register to Ring website.

Those wishing to help out can choose their shift and their location when they go to sign up.

According to Faith Mission, just two hours of ringing can help provide meals, or even a week’s worth of groceries for families in need.
