BRENHAM FD RESPONDS EARLY TUESDAY TO SMALL HOUSE FIRE

  

The Brenham Fire Department responded to one call on Monday and one early this (Tuesday) morning.

Nearing 5 p.m. Monday, units were called out for a grass fire in the 4000 block of Brauner Lane.  However, they were cancelled enroute to the call.

Close to 2 a.m. today, members of the Brenham Fire Department and Chappell Hill Volunteer Fire Department were dispatched to a structure fire in the 13000 block of FM 1371.  Units arrived on location to find a single wide trailer with light smoke coming from it.  They discovered a small fire in the house and extinguished the fire.
