AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY INDICTS 12

  

The Austin County Grand Jury released the names of 12 people who were indicted last week.

25-year-old Jaelan Emanuel Anderson and 22-year-old Javarius Charles Thompson, both indicted for Aggravated Robbery.

38-year-old Arman Karapetyan, 36-year-old Virender Phore and 25-year-old Rahul “Nolastname”, all indicted for Theft of Cargo Greater Than $200,000.  Rahul, who faces two counts of the charge along with Phore, was listed with “Nolastname” on the Austin County District Clerk’s Office’s grand jury report, and the Austin County District Attorney’s Office told KWHI they did not have a last name on record. 

23-year-old Mason Alvin Kaase, for Theft of Property $30,000 - $150,000, Criminal Mischief $2,500 - $30,000 and Attempt to Commit Burglary of a Habitation.

32-year-old Brandon Davon Green, for two counts for Abandoning/Endangering a Child Intentional, Knowing or Reckless Criminal Negligence.

30-year-old Richard Blake Ingram, for Assault of a Pregnant Person.

32-year-old James Edward Brewer and 76-year-old Lucious Clarence Josey Jr., both for Evading Arrest/Detention with a Vehicle.

21-year-old Isaiah Williams, for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

49-year-old Ageo Olvera Guerrero, for Possession of Marijuana.
