CALDWELL MAN FACES MULTIPLE CHARGES IN BRYAN
A Caldwell man faces several charges after his arrest in Bryan.
25-year old Christopher Kazmir was arrested early Saturday morning in the parking lot of a Bryan motel.
According to Bryan Police, Kazmir was in a car in the parking lot with a bag of methamphetamines in his lap around 4:00 a.m. Saturday.
When the officer asked him to get out of the car, Kazmir reportedly tried to flee the scene. He was captured after a brief chase.
Police say they placed Kazmir in the back of a patrol car, who then reportedly tried to rip apart the car from the inside.
While officers were searching his vehicle, Kazmir tried to break the partition and pulled off a door panel on the inside of the police car.
He's charged with evading arrest, manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, and criminal mischief.
