HEMPSTEAD WOMAN ARRESTED FOLLOWING DISTURBANCE
(Washington Co. Jail)
A Hempstead woman faces numerous charges after a Tuesday afternoon disturbance.
Police were called out just before 1:00 p.m. to the HEB Shopping Center on South Day Street.
At the scene, 39-year old Tonya Chacaga, of Hempstead, was arrested for Failure to identify as a Fugitive--Intentionally Giving False Information, Theft of Property—Less than $2,500 With Two Previous Convictions and three active warrants.
Chacaga was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail.
