TWO INJURED IN MOTORCYCLE COLLISION WITH DEER NORTH OF BRENHAM

  

Two people continue their recovery after a motorcycle accident Monday afternoon north of Brenham.

According to DPS Sergeant Alease Wilson, the accident occurred around 5:30 p.m. on Highway 36 North, just north of Wauls Legion Road near Gay Hill.

According to Wilson, a man and a woman, who were not named, were headed north when they collided with a deer that ran out into the road.

Both were taken by Washington County EMS to CHI St. Joseph in Bryan.  Sgt. Wilson could not describe the extent of their injuries, but she did say the two are recovering.
