WASHINGTON CO. SHERIFF’S OFFICE INVESTIGATING DEATH

  

Thursday afternoon, Deputies with the Washington County Sheriff’s office responded to a welfare concern near the Highway 290 Brazos River Bridge on the east end of the county.  Upon arrival, a male subject was found to be deceased.  Judge Douglas Cone ordered an autopsy, however, foul play is not suspected.  The case remains under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office with the assistance of the Texas Rangers.
