Graves was arrested Monday afternoon by members of the Brenham Police Department’s Crime Reduction Unit on an active Capital Murder warrant.  District Attorney Julie Renken says Graves’ case will be presented to the next Grand Jury.

Graves was taken into custody without incident and is being held in the Washington County Jail under a $1,000,000 bond.

Also arrested, charged and indicted in the murder of the Houston native are: 19-year old Michael Charles Dixon Jr., 18-year old J.B. Wright and 18-year old Deperrion Lott, all of Brenham.

Dixon’s bond is set at $500,000; Lott’s bond is $250,000 and Wright is currently being held without bond.

  1. Trey was my best friend and boyfriend at Blinn. I would give anything to have his warm embrace and smile back in my life. No amount of money can justify the death of a young man with integrity. It has been two long years without him and it sickens me to think the killers do not care about the pain they have caused his friends and family. RIP treybae. Life is precious. Death is senseless.

  2. These individuals were involved in a murder case for God sake people. They should have a bond and should be punished… Imagine if it was your child or family member. Let’s get real.

  3. Again these young men have been charged not convicted of murder. When their trials come and if they are found innocent or guilty then we should voice our opinions. Due process has to happen before we convict anyone that has only been charged. I pray for all families involved

  4. None of them should have bond. They should all be made an example of. Washington County needs to clean house. Too many drugs and not enough being done to solve that problem across the board. This needs to be addressed in all of the schools and in the community. Whatever happened to the DARE program?

    1. I hate to tell you but the dare program is a joke. It’s a scare tactic instead of an education program. This case is proof the so called war on drugs is not working.

  5. That is so sickening. Killing a person that young for what? Good thing they got caught. Sad world.
