LUNCH AND LEARN SERIES CONTINUES THURSDAY

  

The Bluebonnet Master Gardeners of Washington County will hold the second of their “Lunch and Learn” series Thursday.  The lunch time learning session is held the first Thursday of each month through November and features topics related horticulture with the homeowner and backyard gardener in mind.

This Thursday, Mr. Harold Pieratt will present “Good Bugs, Bad Bugs”.  He will help attendees identify common pests in their gardens and discuss which ones are needed and which ones to be worried about.

The Lunch-N-Learn Sessions are held at the Washington County Fairgrounds Sales Facility and are free to the public.  Attendees welcome to bring their own lunch and drink.  Light refreshments will be also available.  Registration begins at 11:50am with the program beginning at noon and concluding at 1pm.  At the conclusion of each session the speaker and the Washington County Master Gardeners will be available to answer questions.
