DIPPEL WINS ERIC HOFFER MONTAIGNE MEDAL AWARD
Tieman Dippel, Brenham National Bank Chairman has won the Eric Hoffer Montaigne Medal award for his book The Wison of Generations. Dippel based his book on the history and values of Washington County.
The Montaigne Medal is awarded to two books each spring, presented to the most thought-provoking books. Dippel received this honor this spring along with George Carrano, Chelsea Davis, and Jonathan Davis for their book, Project Lives.
The Wisdom of Generations has previously won the Bronze Award for philosophy in ForeWord Magazine’s Book of the Year Selection and hold a five star Clarion Review.
