BRENHAM BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS APPROVES PARKING SPACES REQUESTS

  

The Brenham Board of Adjustments approved two variance requests during their meeting on Monday.

The Brenham Heritage Museum requested to reduce the required on-site parking for their property at 313 E. Alamo Street. If the museum were to meet the ordinance as it stands, it would require 10 parking spaces. The Board of Adjustments granted the request to permit 8 parking spaces instead of the 10.

The Board heard from Westbrook Storage. The storage facility was approved to add 4 more parking spaces to its location on 103 N. Dixie Street in Brenham.
