DOWNTOWN BRENHAM TO HAVE ‘SUNDAY FUNDAY’ EACH MONTH
A new entertainment event has started in downtown Brenham, happening on the first Sunday of each month.
“Brenham First Sunday Funday!” launched on April 2nd, bringing several hundred visitors to enjoy live music, shopping, family activities and special menus at several eateries.
“After recent surveys of hoteliers, restaurants and tourist attractions, we learned that the top request from tourists is for more things to do on Sundays,’” said Page Michele, president/CEO of Washington County Chamber Convention & Visitors Bureau.
"Brenham First Sunday Funday!" was organized by Home Sweet Farm Market, Ninety Six West, BT Longhorn Steakhouse & Saloon, Roux Street and Brazos Valley Brewing Company.
They plan to continue indefinitely, on the first Sunday of each month, providing several bands and family entertainment.
This Sunday musical entertainment includes:

- 2:00 The King Bees at Roux Street
- 4:00 Aaron Neil Loesch at Home Sweet Farm Market
