BUILDING PERMITS UP FOR MONTH OF NOVEMBER

  

The city of Brenham issued 25 building permits in the month of November, valued at over $2.2-million.

November’s permits totaled $2,286,445—slightly ahead of the 19 permits issued in November of 2016 for a value of $2,072,469.

Coldwell Banker Properties was issued the largest single permit for $1,892,759 for a new building at 601 Medical Parkway.

A permit was also issued for $80,000 for building shell repairs and additions to the old St. Anthony Laundry Building at 209 South Market St.

Three permits were issued for new manufactured homes: two on FM-389 and one on Highway-36.

For the year $45,580,144 in permits have been issued, compared to $42,908,046 – an increase of six percent.
