PLANNING AND ZONING TO CONSIDER PAIR OF REQUESTS MONDAY

The Brenham Planning and Zoning Commission will look at a pair of Plat requests at its next meeting on Monday.

The Commission discuss a request of a Preliminary Plat to form the Pelayo Subdivision.  The subdivision would consist of three lots, located at 613, 703, and 705 Campbell Street.

The Commission will also potentially approve a Preliminary Plat to form the Andrade Subdivision.  The subdivision would be over eight acres and have five lots, located at FM 332 and Brauner Lane, part of the Phillip Coe and James Schrier Surveys.

The Commission will meet Monday at 5:15 p.m., on the second floor council chambers of city hall.

  1. FM 332 and Brauner Lane are not in the City Limits. Why do they need permission from The Planning and Zoning Commission? Across from the State School didn’t need to?

    1. So many regulations, why do you think so many contractors don’t finish the restroom or the pool or drainage jobs. It’s like the white house now attempting to drain the swamp. When you make a pizza with cheese the FDA regulates, add peppironi and it’s regulated by the USDA
