PUBLIC INPUT MEETING TO DISCUSS COMMUNITY-WIDE SIGNAGE THURSDAY NIGHT IN BRENHAM
The City of Brenham will hold its second meeting in two weeks concerning the city’s sign ordinance tonight (Thursday).
Tonight’s meeting will be held at 5:15 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chamber, and will cover community-wide signage standards. Assistant Development Services Director Stephanie Doland will lead the meeting, and she and other city staff members will be there to answer questions.
Last week, the city held a meeting to discuss signage specifically in downtown Brenham.
A copy of the draft sign ordinance amendment is now available for community review. The Brenham City Council will look at the proposed amendment in March, following review by the Planning and Zoning Commission, Main Street Board, and the community.
Those with questions about the draft sign ordinance can contact Doland at 979-337-7269, or email sdoland@cityofbrenham.org.
