AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY ISSUES 14 INDICTMENTS
The Austin County Grand Jury met last week and returned a list of 14 indictments.
Austin County District Clerk Sue Murphy released the following names:
Sheldon Brandon, 29, for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Tampering or Fabricating Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair, both offenses occurring December 15, 2018.
Michael Joel Galaviz, 52, and Daryl Allan Hatfield, 50, each charged with Burglary of a Habitation, from January 2nd.
Jonathan Ross Furman, 37, Kevin Michael Lyons, 41, and Koby Grant Lyons, 17, all charged with Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, offense occurring November 11, 2018.
Rosie Lee Brandiberg, 43, for Theft of Property less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions, occurring December 9, 2018.
Vincent Lovings, 29, charged with Forgery of a Financial Instrument, from November 13, 2016.
Christian De-Shon Tillman, 28, for Delivery of Marijuana equal to or less than five pounds, occurring June 27, 2018.
Brandon Kyle Bennett, 29, Sarek Alfredo Santibanez, 21, and Jaden Smith, 19, each charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
