BRAZOS CO. JURY INDICTS MAN ACCUSED OF KILLING COLLEGE STATION WOMAN

A Brazos County grand jury has indicted a man in connection to the murder of a College Station woman.
54-year-old Terry Ratliff of Midland was indicted on charges of Murder and Tampering with Evidence, suspected of the murder of 39-year-old Theia Flakes.
Flakes’s body was found by her child returning from school on January 7th in her College Station apartment. Ratliff was immediately named as a suspect, and surrendered to authorities in Midland the next day without incident.
Ratliff remains in the Brazos County Jail.
