TWO ARRESTED AFTER SEARCH OF FAYETTE CO. HOME LEADS TO DISCOVERY OF NARCOTICS

Two people have been arrested after authorities found numerous amounts of narcotics at a Fayette County home.

Last Friday, the Fayette County Narcotics Unit, along with members of the Sheriff’s Office, executed a search warrant after hearing a complaint of drug activity on Valley View Drive in the Frisch Auf subdivision, south of La Grange.

After investigating the complaint and conducting surveillance of the area, a search warrant was issued for a residence in the Swiss Alp area, north of Schulenburg.

During the search warrant, authorities located multiple narcotics in the home, including 115 ecstasy pills, 19 Xanax pills, and approximately an ounce of marijuana.

22-year-old Tyler Thompson of Schulenburg and 21-year-old Justice Solomon of La Grange were arrested and charged with Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a first degree felony.
