COUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO DISCUSS RECORDS AND ARCHIVES

  

 

Washington County Commissioners will discuss the County Clerk’s records archive plan for the coming year, when they meet Tuesday morning.

The plan for the preservation and restoration of achieved records for the 2022 fiscal year will be discussed.

A public hearing will be held at the start of the 9:00 a.m. meeting and the court will take action immediately following.

Also on Tuesday agenda, commissioners are scheduled to:

Discuss the Statewide Automated Victim Services (SAVNS) maintenance grant contract between the county and the Office of the State Attorney General.

Approval of the 2022 sheriff’s and constable’s fees for Washington County.

Approve a right of way permit for the Washington County Fair Trail Ride to be held on East Blue Bell Road.

Review a presentation by the county engineer of a preliminary plat for the Reserve at Chappell Hill subdivision of 115 acres with 35 lots in Precinct 1.

And, approve a resolution certifying that Washington County has granted funds in 2022 to the Washington County Healthy Living Association and approval of their accounting system so the WCHLA may be eligible to receive state funds.

County Commissioners meet a 9:00 a.m., Tuesday at the Washington County Courthouse.
