CARNIVAL OPENS TUESDAY AT WASHINGTON CO. FAIR, PLUS TEJANO NIGHT & MORE LIVESTOCK JUDGING

  

Activities at the 153rd Washington County Fair continue today (Tuesday) with the return of livestock judging, the opening of the carnival and musical entertainment.

Livestock judging resumes today after getting underway on Saturday, with the barrow show at 8 a.m. and the steer show at 1 p.m.

The Heart of America Carnival opens today from 6 to 11 p.m., featuring all-you-can-ride wristbands for $20.

Books will open at 6:30 p.m. for county team roping, which will be held at the rodeo arena at 7:15 p.m.

Tonight is also Tejano Night at the fair, and Eliseo Robles will take the stage at the entertainment pavilion at 9 p.m.

Season passes are available from any of the fair queen candidates through today.
