TRAFFIC STOP LEADS TO ARREST OF HOUSTON MAN

  

A traffic stop on a possible stolen vehicle lead to the arrest of a Houston man Wednesday.

Brenham Police report that Wednesday at 3:25 PM, officers with conducted a traffic stop on a possible stolen vehicle in the 1100 block of Prairie Lea Street.  Investigation revealed that the vehicle had been reported stolen by the Houston Police Department and had not been recovered. The driver of the vehicle, Dion Lee Taggart, 41 of Houston, was placed in custody for Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle and Driving while license invalid. Taggart was transported to the Washington County Jail for booking.
