CHAPPELL HILL MAN ARRESTED ON WARRANTS

A Chappell Hill man was arrested on outstanding warrants Friday after a traffic stop.
Brenham Police report that Friday night at 10:45, Cpl. Jimmy Ha effected a traffic stop in the 500 block of Highway 290 West. Cpl. Ha made contact with the driver, Xavier Turner, 34 of Chappell Hill, who was found to have a three active warrants for Assault on a Public Servant. Turner was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Washington County Jail on the warrants.
