TWO PERSONS OF INTEREST IN CAR BURGLARIES IN BRENHAM

Brenham and Washington County authorities are asking for help in identifying two people that may be involved in a recent rash of car burglaries in Brenham.
Police on Friday released images of two men considered to be persons of interest in approximately 20 vehicle burglaries around town during the early morning hours of Wednesday.
According to police, the subjects appeared to have been driving a silver, newer-model Nissan SUV and targeting unlocked vehicles in residential neighborhoods. As a result, numerous firearms were stolen from multiple unsecured vehicles.
Brenham Police Chief Ron Parker said the firearms that were taken consisted mostly of handguns.
Anyone who has information on the whereabouts of the two subjects is asked to contact Brenham Police Investigator Kevin Mertz at 979-337-1194 or Brenham Washington County Crime Stoppers at 979-836-8477. A reward will be offered for information that leads to positive identification of either individual.
Soooo…the people who leave their guns inside their own cars are the ones you guys are trolling? Not the criminals who think it’s okay to enter someone else’s vehicle and take stuff that’s not theirs? Really? No one DESERVES to have anything stolen from.
Whoever left their gun in their CAR deserves to have it stolen smh stupidity is a trend
Exactly! And whoever buys a car and parks it outside deserves to have it burglarized too! Theses thieves are innocent!
This is ridiculous that guns would be left in cars unattended!!!
Why would anyone in the city leave their gun in the car and unlocked?
I hope they catch them quick and get them off are streets ?
Get them off the streets, for a day? That’s the most you can hope for now with the liberal court system.
