Three teams participated in the tournament on February 11th in Splendora, those being the Plasma Bolts, Jackhammers and Sewer Savers.  Out of 64 teams that took part in total, the Plasma Bolts and Jackhammers are moving on and will represent the East Texas region at the State Championship on Saturday, March 11th.

The Plasma Bolts also received the third place Champions Award, while the Jackhammers earned the second place Robot Design Award.  This is the first time since Brenham ISD began competing in FIRST LEGO League 10 years ago that it has received a Champions Award at the Regional level.
