CHAPPELL HILL CHAMBER TO HOLD ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING TUESDAY

  

The Chappell Hill Chamber of Commerce will elect members and officers for its board of directors at its annual general membership meeting tomorrow (Tuesday).

The meeting is set for 6 p.m. at the Chappell Hill Historical Society Museum at 9220 Poplar Street.

Two candidates, Dale Dugas and Joel Romo, are eligible for a new three-year term on the board.  Officer nominations are Romo for board president, Alan Gibson for vice president, Dugas for secretary and Becky Hanath for treasurer.

Chamber members received ballots in the mail and have the option of voting from the choices listed or writing in a candidate.

The ballots also include a vote on updates to Chamber bylaws.  The current and proposed bylaws can be viewed on the Chamber website, www.chappellhilltx.com. 

Ballots can be presented at the membership meeting.  Any ballots received after the call for ballots will be considered invalid.
