BRENHAM PLANNING & ZONING TO MEET MONDAY
The Brenham Planning and Zoning Commission will meet Monday to take up several replat and regular plat requests.
One of the replat requests comes from Chris and DeeAnna Marek, who are looking to replat two properties on 0.386 acres at 604 South Baylor Street into one lot, so that an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) can be built at the south end of the property.
The other replat is brought forth by the owners of the Park Place Apartments at 2307 South Austin Street. The owners wish to encompass a 0.067-acre portion of land along the south property line to create a cleaner property line and place the current parking lot wholly within the property boundaries. The land would be a total of 2.808 acres.
During the consent agenda, commissioners will consider preliminary and final plats for 112 acres at 3110 South Chappell Hill Street to create the Brenham Family Park, along with preliminary and final plats for 7.5 acres at 1809 North Park Street labeled as the North Park development, intended for future neighborhood retail development.
The commission will meet Monday at 5:15 p.m. at Brenham City Hall.
