SOMERVILLE MAN FACES FIVE COUNTS OF CHILD SEX ABUSE

  

A Somerville man is in custody for accusations of sexual abuse against five children.

Somerville police responded on April 7^th to reports of sexual assault of a child.  Through their investigation, police found there were five children 10 years old or younger who claimed they had been abused.

Police, along with DPS, executed a search warrant at a home in the 700 block of 8^th Street.  They then obtained five felony warrants for 37-year-old Dallas Bryan Perry-Patrick, including two counts of Indecency with a Child-Sexual Contact and three counts of Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Young Child.

Authorities discovered upon attempting to arrest the suspect that he was no longer in the area.  Through coordination with other agencies, the suspect was detained on April 13^th by Border Patrol and turned over to Burleson County law enforcement.

Perry-Patrick remains in the Burleson County Jail.
