EIGHT PEOPLE PLED GUILTY IN DISTRICT COURT

  

Eight people pled guilty and were sentenced in District Court this week by Judge Carson Campbell.

Luis Alberto Hernandez, 37 of Chappell Hill, after a hearing, had his probation adjudicated and was sentenced to 4 years in prison for Tampering with Physical Evidence.  He was also ordered to pay a $1290 fine.

Ricky Charles Griffin, 61 of Washington, was sentenced to 228 days in State Jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Lakendra Anzel Millard, 32 of Houston, had her probation revoked for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, and Theft of a Firearm.  She was also ordered to pay a total of $10,989 in restitution.

Jonathan Anastacio Lopez, 21 of Brenham, was sentenced to 7 years deferred adjudication probation for 2 counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.  He was also ordered to pay a $1000 fine and have no contact with the victim.

Jaydan Jodre Morgan, 19 of La Marque, was sentenced to 5 years deferred adjudication probation for two counts of Theft of Property between $2500 and $30,000. He was also ordered to pay a total of $6055 in restitution and have no contact with the victim.

Mitchell Wayne Smith, 30 of Cypress, was sentenced to 4 years’ probation for Driving While Intoxicated 3 or More offences. He was also ordered to pay a $1500 fine and serve 10 days in the Washington County Jail as a condition of probation.

Kaleb Orban-Benet Small, 21 of Houston, was sentenced to 2 days in the Washington County Jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine.

Jerald Wayne Adams, 40 of Brenham, had his probation revoked and was sentenced to 14 days in the Washington County Jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine.
