NAVASOTA NAMES EDWARDS AS NEW HEAD BASEBALL COACH

Navasota High School will have a new head baseball coach next season. 

Coleman High School Head Coach Riley Edwards has been named as the new coach of the Rattlers. 

He has six years of head coaching experience.  Prior to his four years at Coleman, he spent two years at Dublin High School.

During his time at Coleman, Edward led them to the playoffs in three out of four seasons including going three rounds deep in 2022.

Edwards graduated high school from Little River Academy, and went to college at Tarleton State.

"I grew up in the Central Texas area, and it is an honor for me to join the Navasota family," said Coach Edwards. "I am excited to bring a culture of hard work and a commitment to excellence to the Navasota baseball program. Together, we will strive to be ELITE in everything we do on and off the field."
