BURTON PANTHER BASEBALL RECEIVES ALL DISTRICT HONORS

The All-District Selections have been announced for District 26-2A and the Burton Panther Baseball Team is well represented.

Senior catcher Vicente Veliz was named as the District's Defensive MVP.

First Team All-District honors went to pitcher Chet Fritsch, infielder Kaiden Kalkhake, and outfielder Colby Beck.

Second Team All-District honors went to pitcher Carson Lauter and outfielder Pierson Spies.

All six players also made the All District Academic Team.

The Panthers finished second in district and made it to the Region Quarterfinal round of the playoffs.
