LADIES LIONS CLUB DONATES TO BREAD PARTNERS

The Washington County Ladies Lions Club recently made a donation to the Brenham Bread Partners as part of their “Change Hunger” project.
The annual hunger service project involves members collecting loose change for two months and holding a can recycling event.
The Ladies Lions Club managed to raise $400, which they donated to the Brenham Bread Partners.
A check presentation was made by the Ladies Lions Club to Bread Partners volunteers Betty Urban and Pat Lueckemeyer.
In addition to being volunteers, Urban and Lueckemeyer are also members of the Ladies Lions Club.
