TEN PEOPLE PLED GUILTY IN DISTRICT COURT
Ten people pled guilty in District Court this week and were sentenced by Judge Reva Towslee Corbett.
Walter Louis Charles, 42 of Brenham, was sentenced to 4 years in prison for Assault of a Family Member with a Previous Conviction.
Robert Dewayne Rogers, 39 of Brenham, was sentenced to 758 days in prison for Failure of a Sex Offenders Duty to Register with a Previous Conviction.
Amanda Lynn Breitenbach, 43 of Cushing, Texas, was sentenced to 5 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Anas Mohammed Khan, 31 of Tomball, was sentenced to 5 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of Marijuana between 50 lbs and 2,000 lbs. He was also ordered to pay a $2500 fine, and perform 200 hours of community service.
Casey Michael Culpepper, 33 of Burnet, Texas, was sentenced to 4 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was also ordered to pay a $1500 fine and perform 150 hours of community service.
Lance Alan Pederson, 64 of Austin, was sentenced to 4 years deferred adjudication probation for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle. He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.
Lacy Nicole Knight, 33 of Brenham, was sentenced to 3 years’ probation for Theft of Property between $2,500 and $30,000. She was also order to pay a $500 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.
Brian David Arrua, 28 of Houston, was sentenced to 2 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was also ordered to pay a $1000 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.
Michael Leroy Hooper, 43 of Brenham, was sentenced to 234 days in the Washington County Jail for 3 counts of Assault Family Violence.
Jessica Nicole-Magg Guillory, 36 of Killeen, had her Probation adjudicated and sentenced to 83 days in the Washington County Jail for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle.
