14 PEOPLE PLEAD GUILTY IN DISTRICT COURT

  

14 people plead guilty and were sentenced in District Court by Judge Reva Towslee Corbett.

Ricky Caldwell, 22 of Round Rock, was sentenced to 25 years in prison for 2 counts of Robbery. The two robberies were of the Brenham Food Stop 2 on March 21, 2020 and the other at the Sunoco store in Chappell Hill on April 21, 2020.  His accomplice in the robberies, 34-year-old Aparis Unique Higgs, received 30 years in prison.

Cody Evan Supak, 29 of Brenham, was sentenced to 8 years in prison for 2 counts of Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance and one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Demetrius Montra Robinson, 24 of Copperas Cove, had his probation adjudicated and sentenced to 7 years in prison for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle and Harassment of a Public Servant.

Lisa Ann Taylor, 34 of Brenham, had her probation adjudicated and sentenced to 5 years in prison for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Gamarcus Dewayne Sheppard, 27 of Brenham, was sentenced to 4 years in prison for 2 counts of Assault of a Pregnant Person, 2 counts of Assault of a Family Member by Impeding Breath or Circulation, 2 counts of Abandon or Endanger a Child, Continuous Violence Against the Family, Injury to a Child, Credit or Debit Card Abuse, Evading Arrest/Detention with Vehicle, and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.

Marissa Cathryn Moore, 30 of Cypress, was sentenced to 2 years in prison for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Jacqueline Elaine Jackson, 35 of Brenham, had her probation adjudicated and was sentenced to 10 years’ probation for Theft of between $20,000 and $100,000.  She was also ordered to pay $80,683 in restitution.

Kelly Anne Middlebrooks, 56 of Chappell Hill, was sentenced to 4 years deferred adjudication probation for Evading Arrest or Detention.  She was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.

Jorge Ramirez Perez, 27 of Brenham, was sentenced to 6 years deferred adjudication probation for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.  He was also ordered to pay a $1000 fine, perform 100 hours of community service and have no contact with the victim.

Francisco Javier Deloera, 43 of Waller, was sentenced to 3 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.

Daniel Alexander Saballos Guerra, 21 of Houston, was sentenced to 147 days in the Washington County Jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Samuel Segura, 21 of Giddings, was sentenced to 147 days in the Washington County Jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Patrick Myrel Broussard, 40 of Houston, was sentenced to 49 days in the Washington County Jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

April Knicoal Horn, 23 of Bastrop, was sentenced to 64 days in the Washington County Jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
