BRENHAM CROSS COUNTRY SEASON ENDS AT DISTRICT MEET

The season for the Brenham High School Cross Country Team came to an end at the District Meet in Magnolia on Thursday.

In the Boys 5K Run, the Cubs were lead by Hunter Fleetwood, who finished with a time of 18:30.

Other Cub finishers were:

Jayden Jackson, 19:40, Alan Guerrero, 19:57, Brock Fleetwood, 20:02, Rowan Jackson, 20:44, Josh Knowles, 20:51, and Milo Childs, 20:58

On the Girls Side, Brittany Hajek finished with a time of 23:57.

For the District Meet, the top three teams and the top 10 individual runners advance to the Regional Meet at Sam Houston State University.

On the Boys Side, the overall individual winner was Cole Gildersleeve of Lake Creek.
